It's troubling to see how many students these days have totally zero school pride. They don't bother about their institute, they don't engage in events, and they just seem indifferent. It's like they've forgotten what it means to be part of a group and believe in their fellow students. This lack of spirit is negative to the entire school culture.

This Cap Doesn't Fit

Man, this cap just won't cooperate! It's giving me to adjust it, but it still feels awkward. Maybe my head is too big. I guess it goes to show you that sometimes fit just right.

Not My Alma Mater

When I see the words "alma mater|my old school|the place where I learned}", it doesn't spark feelings of warmth and nostalgia. For me, it's a unfamiliar concept. Maybe because my time there here were not like others, or perhaps I simply haven't had the time to reflect. Whatever the reason, that phrase doesn't have the same significance for me as it does for others.

It's not that I dislike my time at school. It was a time of learning, just not one that feels familiar in the way many people describe.

Perhaps it's because I found my passions outside the traditional school setting. Or maybe it's because my memories are centered around different experiences. Whatever the case, "Not My Alma Mater|My School Is Different|This Isn't My Old School", and that's perfectly okay.

I Am Bleeding Blue

The society doesn't accept that I exude a different color. They stare with fear as I reveal the fact of my being. My blood is a sign of {somethingelse that they can't perceive. They classify me as abnormal, but I am simply different.

The Concept of School Spirit? Nah

Seriously, school/the whole idea of/that thing they call "school spirit/spirit week/pep rallies" is about as appealing/relevant/interesting to me as a moldy sandwich/root canal/trip to the dentist. I'd rather be practicing my guitar/reading a good book/taking a nap than wearing my school colors and chanting slogans. I value knowledge, not glorified cheering.

  • My teachers/My friends/Even my family all think I'm weird/missing out/crazy, but whatever. Their enthusiasm is contagious.
  • One day, I might understand

Craving That Deliciousness

Let's be real, sometimes gathering/ chilling/hanging out with people/ friends/squad is all about the spread/ feast/ bounty! I mean, who can resist a good platter/ selection/ assortment of tasty treats/ goodies/ munchies? It's like a buffet/ an oasis/ the promised land of deliciousness/ yumminess/ pure snacking heaven. Give me pizza rolls any day! I totally prioritize/live for/am here for those snacks/ goodies/ bites that make a gathering/ hangout/ party truly unforgettable.
